Code: 06D01
Violation:  416.2(b)(2), 416.4(b)

Citation: While checking the randomly selected inedible storage room at 0745 during an unscheduled 06D01, I noticed the upper storage area, which is located to the immediate upper left, upon entering from the kill floor, had become disheveled and cluttered with bags of water softener salt, animal feed, anti-slip calcite, buckets, etc..a slight dust buildup and 3 cobwebs were also observed. Though no evidence of rodents or pests was observed, the insanitary condition is not acceptable, therefore I placed US rejected tag #058473 on the storage area which represents approximately a 10'X 6' area, and Mr. was verbally notified of the non-compliance
